Professor Rita
Sussmuth (on photo), the former speaker of the German Bundestag, was heading
the OSCE/ODIHR international election observation mission to
the Russian Federation in 2003/2004.
The core member of Event Planning team, Pavel Rassadkin, helped
organize a temporary
office for OSCE during the mission in Ukraine hotel in Moscow,
Russia, and was responsible for logistics and IT (arranging the conference
spaces, providing hi-tech
equipment for
the conferences, finding and working with local staff).
Thanks to the superb organization, the OSCE mission was able to
concentrate on its core activities, while our team was taking care
of all the practicalities.
