Getting a direct phone line in Russia through a standard telephone
connection provider can be very complicated: you have to pay up to
$1000 US in set-up fees, have
a
registered address,
and engage in a long-term contract.
However, we at Event Planning can provide an easy solution: a direct
local Russian number for you and your business that diverts to your
mobile, office, hotel, or home telephone. Your callers will think they
are dialing a normal Moscow or St. Petersburg city number, and you
can be answering their call even while you are waiting for you plane
in Heathrow airport in UK!
Besides, it's a great way to keep your real number private.
You will be able to have
up to
8000 extensions
and a possibility to
divert a phone call to any country in the world either through the
setting up an extension number or even during a conversation!
Besides, your phone will never be busy: even if your line is busy,
the system will keep the caller on hold for a few minutes (which you
specify), and then take a message or ask to call back later.
You will be able to customize everything from the greeting message
to the amount of time your caller will be waiting for the answer.
We also provide an easy-to-use internet control panel that can be accessed
from any computer, where you can add divert numbers, change the algorythms
of work, see the latest statistics, and set up a new message.
Prices:
There is a one-time set-up fee of $120 US, and the minimum usage is
$100 US per month. It costs $0.04 per minute to divert a phone call
to any landline
in Moscow, $0.10 - to St. Petersburg, $0.16 to most landlines in Europe,
and $0.35 to any European mobile operator.
Usage Example:
ZZZ Company organizes a project in Russia. To optimize the costs, the
employees of ZZZ are working from their private apartments, but ZZZ
is looking for a way to connect the whole organization and to provide
an easy way for every employee to be reached (both by clients and colleagues).
ZZZ gets a direct Moscow number from Event Planning company, for example:
(095) 111-11-11. Every employee is assigned a 4-digit extension number
(e.g. "ALEX" has extension # 2539). Now they can be easily
reached at their Moscow direct number by their colleagues, clients,
and family. A special timing can be set, so that the calls are not
diverted between 6pm and 10am, but the families can be given special
private extensions, so that they can reach ZZZ employees even if off-office
hours.
The clients also have an easy way to access ZZZ company: they
can either dial (095) 111-1111 and ask the operator to be connected
to the right person, or if they know the extension number, connect
to the person directly.
